PMVL was founded by Peter Mohacs, who has spent over two decades in talent strategy, reward consulting, and HR advisory—working across banking, financial services, fintech, and high-growth businesses.

When AI arrived in the HR space, Peter saw two things clearly: the enormous potential for HR teams to work more effectively, and the very real compliance and data privacy risks that nobody was solving properly.
